2023 PA Super Lawyers Recognize Salene Mazur Kraemer and Renee Schwerdt of MAZURKRAEMER BUSINESS LAW

Salene Mazur Kraemer
Salene earned her B.A. as a University Honors Scholar, and Masters in Business Administration, from West Virginia University, both magna cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University. An active blogger and former turnaround management consultant, she earned a Certified Turnaround Analyst designation from the Turnaround Management Association. Salene is a member of West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania State Bars.

Renee Schwerdt
Renee Schwerdt is a litigator and business lawyer with a passion for helping companies and their employees thrive. She is also a trained labor arbitrator. Renee earned her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh. She earned her J.D. from William and Mary.
Renee spent the early stages of her career developing her skill set as a litigator at a large Pittsburgh firm. She represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on matters relating to the banking and financial services, energy and transportation industries.
From there she started her own construction law firm that provides a wide array of services to contractors, subcontractors, architects, designers, vendors and others in the construction industry. She advises them on the laws and regulations covering the construction industry, drafts the various agreements that they need to run their businesses, and advocates for them in legal disputes.
Renee is also the founder of Thriving Lawyer Wellbeing Services.
