Salene Mazur Kraemer, Esquire, CTA
Salene is the founding principal of MAZURKRAEMER, www.mazurkraemer.com an entrepreneurial business law and consulting firm. Your go-to business confidantes, the firm offers attentive legal and business consulting services, without compromising technical skill or experience. With offices in New York, NY, Weirton, West Virginia, and Pittsburgh, PA, MAZURKRAEMER counsels entrepreneurs and small to middle market companies at every stage of the business cycle in a broad range of business transactions, particularly reorganization and general business litigation.
Salene concentrates her personal practice on Chapter 11 commercial bankruptcy law, along with general business transaction work. She represents businesses and individuals in courts all over the country.
Salene earned her B.A. as a University Honors Scholar, and Masters in Business Administration, from West Virginia University, both magna cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Salene is Board-Certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. She serves on the Executive Committee and is Marketing Committee Chair for the American Board of Certification. She also serves on the E-Newsletter Committee for the American Bar Associations Business Bankruptcy Committee. An active business blogger and former turnaround management consultant, she earned a Certified Turnaround Analyst designation from the Turnaround Management Association. She became an accredited Associate Portrait Master by The Portrait Masters accreditation program in 2020. She specializes in contemporary portraiture, senior photos, and business branding. Glenn Bartifay has been an attorney since 1993. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania state courts and has been admitted in the Western District Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania title insurance agent and notary public.
Attorney Bartifay practiced with Alan Hertzberg & Associates from 1993 to 1996 and Hertzberg & Bartifay, P.C. from 1996 to 1999. In 1999, he formed Bartifay Law Offices, P.C., which had a practice emphasis in consumer bankruptcy and home retention, along with estates and trusts, real estate title, corporate formation and transactions, and civil litigation.
Attorney Bartifay has served as presenter several times for legal seminars on mortgage foreclosure defense. He has helped thousands of clients over the years with personal financial reorganization and retaining their residences. Attorney Bartifay served as corporate counsel for North American Title Insurance Company from 2013 to 2014 and for Assured Settlement Solutions, LLC from 2015 to 2019. He has been entrepreneurial in businesses other than law firms.
He formed Renaissance Settlements, LLC in 1999, which was a real estate settlement company that, at its peak, operated in thirteen states, had five offices, and performed three hundred closings monthly. He sold his interest in that company in 2007. He formed Attorney Partners Settlement, L.P., a Pennsylvania real estate settlement agency, in 2014 and merged it with Assured Settlement Solutions, LLC in 2015.
Attorney Bartifay invested in a dental practice known as Live Well Dentistry in 2021 through a dental services organization and sold his interest in that venture in 2023. He is a principal in Christian Real Estate Holdings, Inc.
He authored a science fiction novel which he hopes to publish in the near future.
Attorney Bartifay graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993 in the top 25% of his class. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology in 1989 with a 3.7 GPA. Bartifay graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education in 1986 from Boise State University, where he was an Academic All-American and scholarship recipient.
He was a gymnastics competitor in college and coached that sport in Idaho and Canada before returning to his home state of Pennsylvania.
He lives in Wexford, Pennsylvania with his wife, is active in his church, and loves to travel, try the wonderful restaurants in the Pittsburgh area, and get in his exercise at the gym several times a week.

Glenn Bartifay
Renee Centurion
Renee Centurion is a litigator and business lawyer with a passion for helping companies and their employees thrive. She is also a trained labor arbitrator. Renee earned her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh. She earned her J.D. from William and Mary.
Renee spent the early stages of her career developing her skill set as a litigator at a large Pittsburgh firm. She represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on matters relating to the banking and financial services, energy and transportation industries.
From there, she started her own construction law firm that provides a wide array of services to contractors, subcontractors, architects, designers, vendors and others in the construction industry. She advises them on the laws and regulations covering the construction industry, drafts the various agreements that they need to run their businesses, and advocates for them in legal disputes.
Renee is also the founder of Thriving Lawyer Wellbeing Services.

Sally Fallat
A Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania native and currently residing in Murrysville, Sally obtained her B.S. in Accounting from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Sally began her career working at Mellon Bank in downtown Pittsburgh, first as a Credit Specialist in the Credit Policy Department and then, upon completion of the Bank’s credit training program, as an Analyst in the Institutional Banking Department, obtaining the Title of Officer. After raising three children and later running a gardening business, Sally joined Bartifay Law Offices in 2016 as a paralegal and marketing representative serving the Western District of Pennsylvania. At Bartifay Law Offices, her work centered on consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy as well as home retention, including mortgage modification services.
In 2023, she joined MAZURKRAEMER Business Law as paralegal, continuing her work in the bankruptcy and home retention fields. Her focus is to understand and empathize with client needs, discuss solutions, and answer questions to satisfy all client concerns. Client interactions begin with an initial client consultation and continue as she serves as the point of contact until representation is complete. She has had great success both working through the bankruptcy court’s loss mitigation portal and directly with mortgage lenders to modify and thus cure delinquent mortgages. Her greatest satisfaction is helping clients retain their homes.
In her free time, Sally enjoys gardening, long walks, serving with the children’s ministry at her church and spending time with her family.

angela corrales
Angela Corrales is a professional located in the Philippines who brings valuable experience as a paralegal, having worked for a distinguished law firm based in North Carolina, United States. Angela earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cebu Normal University in June 2018 which laid the foundation for her subsequent professional pursuits. Angela has also successfully completed the Psychometrician Licensure Examination in October 2018.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Angela is an enthusiastic reader who prefers the convenience of a Kindle for her literary adventures. An interesting aspect of Angela's life, is her prior engagement in classes and training sessions focused on data science, highlighting her dedication to remaining abreast of cutting-edge technological progressions.

Erin Wilson is currently navigating the exciting challenges of her second year as a law student at Villanova School of Law. Erin’s academic focus lies in the Business Law Concentration, where she delves into the intricacies of the legal landscape surrounding business endeavors. As an enthusiast of legal discourse, she also contributes her insights as a writer for the Villanova Law Review, engaging with diverse perspectives within the legal community.
Before immersing herself in the legal field, Erin earned her bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Scranton in May 2022. Complemented by a minor in Accounting, her undergraduate journey laid a robust foundation for her current legal pursuits. While law is a significant part of Erin’s life, there's more to her than case studies and legal briefs.
An avid reader, she find solace in the pages of a good book, often exploring various genres to broaden her horizons. Golfing has become a cherished activity that she enjoys sharing with both family and friends.
